On Wednesday, August 24, 2022, youth between the ages of 14 and 21 participated in outdoor activities and viewed presentations at the English and Wabigoon Rivers Remediation Project Youth Camp 3.0. 13 youth gathered in the Conference Centre for a presentation, videos, and discussion about the project and were provided breakfast and lunch. Following the morning session, youth did a food web scavenger hunt and learned orienteering skill through a geocaching activity. The day camp was coordinated by Destin Parenteau and Jasmine Doudiet and facilitated by Cheryl Dixon, Meaghan Pauls, Alex Man, and Dan Leitch from SMM and KGS Group.
